|Jennifer Lee, GCFP, Senior Exercise Instructor
Ms. Lee is certified in the Feldenkrais Method of Somatic Education both in the US and Europe. She has a private somatic practice, teaching movement to adults, infants, seniors and those with complex cognitive, orthopedic and/or neurological issues individually and in groups for 17 years. She is also trained in Clinical Hypnotherapy, Process Work and Patient Navigation. She helped develop and pilot-test the PLIÉ exercise program.
|Deborah Marks, MA, Lead Exercise Instructor
Ms. Marks is a certified Rosen Method Bodywork practitioner and Rosen Method Movement teacher, as well as a student of other somatic modalities. She has been in practice and teaching movement for 28 years, including over 10 years’ experience teaching elders with dementia. She helped develop and pilot-test the PLIÉ exercise program.
|Robin Woodstock, BS, Lead Exercise Instructor
Ms. Woodstock is a certified Rosen Method Bodywork practitioner and Rosen Method Movement teacher. She is a key staff person in the PLIE study, where she is a member of the exercise instructor team.
|Elaine Yoder, GCFP, Lead Exercise Instructor
Ms. Yoder is certified Feldenkrais practitioner and holds a 6th degree black belt in Aikido. She is a key staff person in the PLIE study, where she is a member of the exercise instructor team.
|Kristyn Marshman, BS, Lead Exercise Instructor
Ms. Marshman is a certified bodywork practitioner, with over 10 years of experience. She graduated from the Rosen Method Institute at the University of California in Berkeley, and she currently has a private practice in Berkeley, California.
|Allison Porter Klinger, GCFP, Lead Exercise Instructor
Allison Porter Klinger has been practicing The Feldenkrais Method in Sonoma County since 2000. She has recently served as the JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) North Bay Outreach Chair (volunteer), and administrative director for The Embodied Life School and Mentorship Program™. Additionally, she volunteered her Feldenkrais® skills with Elders at the College of Marin. Prior to becoming a Feldenkrais Practitioner, Allison was a dancer/dance teacher, Instructor at Outward Bound, and massage therapist. All of these experiences have contributed to her Integrative Movement Education.
|Jan Hetherington, GCFP, Exercise Instructor-in-Training
Ms. Hetherington is a Guild Certified Feldenkrais Practitioner and has been teaching classes and working with private clients since 2003. She works with adults of all ages and abilities, helping them to rediscover the connections between their physical (body)-inspired and mind-inspired movements. Her clients include those with Parkinson’s Disease and Cerebral Palsy.
