Our researchers are testing an online program, called Moving Together, for people with cognitive decline and their care partners. The program integrates physical, cognitive, and social activities that target muscle memory, mindfulness, and the ability to meaningfully connect with others.
Those experiencing memory decline may see an improvement in their symptoms, including reduced stress, higher quality of life, and better mobility.
Participants engage in an online “Moving Together” class 2 days a week for 3 months from the comfort of their own home.
